Dukka (pronounced DOO-kah), is an Egyptian condiment consisting of a mixture of herbs, nuts (usually hazelnut), and spices. It is typically used as a dip with bread or fresh vegetables for an hors d’oeuvre.
The design and branding of the packaging was influenced by pre-Columbian American cultures— the Aztec, Maya and Inca. Each pattern and colour was chosen to complement the flavours of each spice mix.
